Flour

Unlike traditional bakeries, we’ve moved away from using maida (refined wheat flour) in our croissants and other baked goods. Instead, we’ve embraced a rich assortment of alternative flours that provide not only distinct flavors but also enhanced nutrition.

Here’s a look at some of the flours we use in our baking:

Almond Flour

Fats and Oils
